Internal Audit Executive-SH:
Duties:
1.Understands company’s business, organization structure, key responsibilities of each department and business process.
2.Surveys functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of the system of control for achieving established objectives.
3.Documents the selected business process (work flow) and narrative.
4.Determines or assists in determining the direction and thrust of the proposed audit effort.
5.Plans or assists in planning the theory and scope of the audit, and prepares or assists in preparing an audit program.
6.Determines or assists in determining the audit procedures to be used.
7.Identifies the key control points of the system.
8.Performs the audit in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program.
9.Obtains, analyzes, and appraises data to make an informed objective opinion about the adequacy and effectiveness of the system, and the efficiency of the performance of activities under review.
10.Makes, or assists in making, oral or written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination. Discusses deficiencies, recommends corrective actions, and suggests improvements in operations and reductions in cost.
11.Prepares formal written reports, as requested, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out.
12.Appraises, or assists in appraising, the adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions.
13.Follows up the agreed management actions
14.Accumulates data, maintains records, and prepares reports on the administration of audit projects and other assigned activities.
15.Performs physical stock takes.
16.Others upon request.
Requirement:
1.Having certification or pursuing certification from, Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) , Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA), Australian CPA and etc.
2.Have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business.
3.Having 3 years’ experience in Internal/External Audit and/or Accounting.
4.Having good English communicating skills, able to communicate effectively to all levels.
5.Posses high degree of initiative and able to work independently.
Accounting Executive-SH:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cashier:
1. Transfer USD capital to HSBC Operating.
2. Process cash advance and liquidation.
3. Process payments documents - cash, cheque, TT from HSBC Operating (all expenses, payroll, welfare, etc.).
4. Monitor HSBC Operating account and prepare bank reconciliation statement.
5. Petty cash management and monitoring.
6. Prepare Expense Summary Reports for CRR preparation.
7. Prepare journal entries for petty cash expenses and other cash in bank expenses.
8. Post approved journal entries to the cash on hand & cash in bank books of accounts.
9. Check and reconcile VAT sales invoice details.
10. Issue commercial invoice.
11. Monitor allowance and liquidation of invoices.
12. Monitor payments of salary, welfare and allowances.
13. Prepare monthly accounting reports data, including Balance Sheet.
Accounts Recievable:
1. Cash collection.
2. Issue VAT invoices, non-vat invoices and other relative documents for management approval in accordance with the due credit term and relative governmental regulations.
3. Prepare sales, cost and logistic analysis under conduct from Bangkok.
4. Correct & timely recognition of Accounts Receivables.
5. Be responsible for credit control according to Company policy, issue customer statement and reconcile AR accounts with customers on monthly basis.
6. AR aging review, bad debt provision recommendation and booking.
7. Assist accounting manager to do monthly closing and prepare financial reports, quarterly forecast and annual operating plan.
8. Monitor the collection status of all long-outstanding invoices.
9. Execute tax reporting for VAT, operation tax, corporation income tax, individual income tax and other documents related to government regulation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree holder, major in accounting or related field.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills.
3. Normal written & oral English.
4. Good PC skill.
