English Instructor
Shuying Academy is an educational institution that aims to help Chinese high school and college students to apply for top universities and graduate schools in America. 80% of our students got matriculated in top 30 US universities and 100% of them are in top 50 schools. We are now seeking a full-time English instructor in our academics support team for the year 2015.
In this role you will lead assigned classes and be trained to deliver our proven curriculum to help your students in Shuying to achieve their highest possible test scores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery of Instruction:
- High energy level and ability to engage students
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to learn our methodology and strategies quickly
- Active and ongoing classroom management
- Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback
Student Service:
- Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores
- Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise
- Partner with our service staff to ensure student needs are met
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS required
- Previous training/teaching experience preferred
- Weekend availability required
