This 2-year leadership programme offers the brightest and most promising candidates the opportunity in specialise in technology and operations business, and develop expertise that will prepare you to drive innovation in banking.
As a Graduate Associate, you will undergo rigorous training to build banking and financing, project management, and personal development skills. Specifically designed job rotations will give you insights into the different functions across the technology and operations business. We will also provide mentorship and networking opportunities that will broaden your horizons and sharpen your innovative edge. Over a course of 24 months, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different business areas within technology and operations under a rigorous and holistic programme.
The programme structure prepares you to go higher in Asia with:
• Four weeks of Campus Training
• Two 11-month stints across different business areas in T&O

The DBS GAP is looking to hire the sharpest thinkers who are interested in shaping the future of banking in Asia. To be considered for the GA programme, you should possess a Master degree and above in any discipline from a reputable university. If you have already graduated but have less than 2 years’ work experience, you are welcome to apply as well.
