Job Title:Talent Intelligence Intern

Job Descriptions:
- In this position, you will be reporting to the manager of the Global Talent Competitive Intelligence team, working closely with Talent advisors and HR functions. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Collecting intelligence from the local market, in order to drive strategic talent decisions and programs.
- Owning a cross-team process, tools or projects, including defining, executing, measuring and improving it to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
Participating and owning parts of talent market data collection, data processing and data analysis.
- Participating and owning parts of labor market intelligence analysis projects which will help the HR organization better understand local and regional hiring trends
- Working as part of a global team, which requires attending night hours' meetings once a week.

Qualifications:
- The candidate must be on track to obtain a BS/MS degree. A degree in Industrial engineering or Statistics is a plus
- The candidate should have good team work ability and communication skills
English writing and speaking proficiency is a must
- The candidate must be able to work at least 3 full days a week, for a minimum of 9 months
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong data analytical skills, problem solving and methodological thinking
- The candidate should be eager to take on challenges and complete tasks within given timelines, be self-motivated and independent.
- The candidate should have good web-search capabilities and experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
