Position: NOC Monitoring
职位:在线监控与技术支持

This position is responsible for monitoring and providing front line technical support to on-site service for LED displays around the world.  They will check for problems, troubleshoot in some situations, alert the proper person of the problem and dispatch service if needed.  They will work closely with technical support and customer service to provide the best possible service.  They will also record display failure in Amdocs and assist with some CSR functions such as answering calls and reply customer’s emails.
该职位负责为世界各地LED显示屏的现场服务提供监控及一线的技术支持,包括检查故障诊断及排除,及时提醒相关负责人员该问题,并适时委派现场服务,与其他技术支持和客户服务人员紧密协作,为客户提供最优质的服务。其它相关工作包括在内部系统Amdocs上记录显示屏故障,并协助履行客户服务代表职能,如接听客户电话,回复客户邮件等。

Job Duties:
1. Monitor System performance of display systems using Daktronics Intelligent Device management system (IDM) and Webcam.

2. Construe information from Daktronics Intelligent Device management system (IDM) to determine if issues need to be elevated per Knowledge Base.

3. Recognize hardware and software warnings prior to failure to prevent system downtime.
对系统硬件和软件的状况进行必要的监督和确认以防止系统发生故障。
4. Accurately update and maintain technical activities log in Amdocs.
准确地更新和维护与技术上相关的工作并且输入至 Amdocs。
5. Support the Daktronics Customers by answering incoming calls, replying emails and providing assistance.
接听达科电子客户电话,回复客户邮件并提供必要帮助。
6. Communicate system failures with customer service, engineers and markets. Work with resources to resolve all issues in a rapid manner. Ensure the customer is satisfied with Daktronics product and service.

7. Learn Daktronics software such as V1500, V7000, V-Net, and Visiconn.

8. Utilize tools such as Visiconn, a content management system, and both internal and regional service and support personnel, for controlling and managing display networks.

9. Provide technical direction and support if needed to the on-site technical service companies.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Technical or other related area. CET-6 or applicable work experience is preferred. Fluent in oral English.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
3. Ability to work on own with little supervision and be a self-starter.
4. Highly organized and detail orientated.
5. Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team setting, and ability to give and receive feedback on work.
7. 12 hours one day on one day off work rotation.
8. Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a positive, professional manner.
9. Computer skills including Internet navigation, word processing and spreadsheets. Prefer effective keyboard skills.
10. High level of customer service skills.
