Field Service Engineer

Location： Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Provide field technical support and production trouble shooting support at customer's site New system set-up, maintenance support and buyoff equipment

Delivers technical consulting to customers based on ADVANTEST products and services

Customer interfaces such as visits, meetings, complaints and feedback

Conduct training courses to customers

Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree majoring in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronic/electromechanical engineering or other related field

Excellent communication and team-work spirit are required

Good verbal and written English skill

Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure

Flexibility to travel extensively to outstation

ATE equipment experience is preferred
