Job Responsibility:

a、        Educate customers on proper use and care of Miele products.

b、        Provide application training of Miele products to customer.
为客户提供产品的使用培训
c、        Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g.

Arrange appointments with the consumer
上门服务
d、        Sell Miele accessories, care collection and service products.
美诺配件及售后服务的销售
e、        Conduct happy call and generate customer satisfaction KPI report
客服中心电话的处理及客户满意度KPI报告的制作
f、        Make call center activities related reports.
客服中心相关报告
g、        Backup of Service Admin (Spare parts management, Maintain consumer database).

Job Description: Order Specialist (Shanghai/Beijing)
Key tasks: (to be performed in alignment with global guidelines)

a、        Handling customer and consumer order in CRM&NAVISION system.
b、        Coordinating with customer about order confirmation, shipping request etc.
c、        Provide stock list on time and accurately.
d、        Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g.
Product quality,
Delay in delivery,
Orders,
Information requests,
Work closely with related department.
e、        Tracking orders, shipments and installation
f、        Service Admin work (Spare parts management, Detergent &Accessories sell).

Job Description: Service Engineer(Shanghai/Beijing)
Job Responsibility:
岗位职责

Perform timely and thorough completion of troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs
及时诊断发现并修理故障
Educate consumer on proper use and care of Miele products
向客户提供产品使用及保养的介绍
Sell Miele accessories, care collection and service products
美诺配件及售后服务的销售
Handle and register consumer complaints
客户投诉的处理及登记
Communicate proactively
主动积极与客户沟通
Keep technical knowledge up to date by regular completion of training modules
定期完成培训模块课程以确保技术知识的时时更新
Provide feedback on technical training experiences to help improve training program
提供培训课程体验反馈以不断提升培训质量
Carry out safety tests
执行安全测试
Manage and optimize spare part stock
管理并优化配件库存管理
Administrative tasks such as daily report, expense report, etc.
