Operational Automation Developer:

IBM is bringing the power of Content Navigator to the IBM public cloud (Softla
yer) as a SaaS offering to give knowledge workers the ability to securely crea
te, share, manage and synchronize content to both desktop and mobile devices.
The candidate is expected to work with global DevOps teams to develop/test ope
rational automation features for this SaaS offering.



Job Responsibilities:

-- Work with  global DevOps teams to develop/test operational automation featu
res for this SaaS offering. Specifically the operational automation of custome
r onboarding, infrastructure and applications maintenance and upgrade, backup/
restore of data and applications, billing, to improve the efficiency of SaaS o
peration

-- Work with passion, self-motivation, creation, independence, teamwork and fl
exibility

Required Skills:

-- Solid Java/Python programming skills

-- Solid technical knowledge and experience on Linux and writing shell script

-- Database programming and operation experience

-- Know Agile development methodology and Continuous Integration / Continous D
elivery

-- Docker and cloud development experience is a plus

-- Storage knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

-- Major in computer science or related, good education background

-- Excellent communication skills

-- Excellent English skill in both writing and speaking

-- Good at teamwork, problem resolving
