Responsibilities:
· Enter, manage and check orders .
· Quotes new business with pricing and availability (based on Regional requirements)
· Answers phone, responds to email and other inquiries
· Works to resolve disconnects between customer need and availability
· Analyzes problems related to delivery and determines root causes/solutions
· Expedites product deliveries for customer satisfaction
· Manages and communicates customer returns via CQI
· Enters and manages customer delivery for samples
· Provides shipment tracking information to customers if required
· Provides early warning to customers on product delivery issues
· Drives continuous improvement in customer on time delivery
· Works with teams to resolve invoice, credit and currency issues
Qualification:
· The internship period at least 6 months, 12 months will be preferred
· 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate major in Supply Chain or logistics related with above 70 score
· Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
· Knowledge of excel/word will be a plus.
· Knowledge of customer specific service programs (SMI, CMI, MegaJIT, etc.) or understanding of systems (Orion/CRM/Agile/FMS) will be a plus.
