General Summary:
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Mandarin and Cantonese /or English.
Specific Duties:
1. Respond to email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Mandarin and Cantonese.
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.
6. Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Good Mandarin and Cantonese speaking capability.
2. Good oral and written English skills.
3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet
7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
