具体职位信息如下:
1. MPU Software Engineering Intern
Location: Suzhou & Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to Linux/Android SW design and test on i.MX platform
- Review SoC specs, SW specs to understand the features and system.
- Develop Test case and tools for relevant Linux BSP drivers, Multimedia frame
work, Android and Linux Applications.
- Bug fix for the issues in the driver / stack / test code.
- Key customer support like feature analysis and issue reproducing.
- Help to create related documents for i.MX Linux/Android platform
Requirements:
- 4th year college student or 2nd year of post graduate student.
- Major in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent
- Strong programming skills on C/C++
- Familiar with Linux OS and device drivers
- Able to work under multi tasks and high pressure.
- Good communication skills and fluent English read/write/speak capability
Plus:
- Familiar with shell script, like Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl is a good plus
- Experience with TCP/IP or USB is a plus
- Familiar with JAVA and Database is a plus
- Experience with Android development will be a plus
- Experience with GIT is a plus
- Understanding to test methodology, test cycle, process is a plus.
2. MCU Software Engineering Intern
Location: Suzhou & Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to core MCU SW design and test for Microcontroller Kinetis po
rtfolio.
- Focus on RTOS porting, driver, stack and bare metal S/W development and test
case design.
- Review SoC specs, SW specs to understand the features and system.
- Design, develop and execute the test cases to ensure the quality of the MCU
S/W.
- Bug fix for the issues in the driver / stack / test code.
- Improve the automation tool and coverage of unit tests on MCU platform.
- Key customer support like feature analysis and issue reproducing.
Requirements:
- 4th year college student or 2nd year of post graduate student.
- Major in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent
- Solid knowledge on Assembly or C/C++ programming and embedded system
- Good understanding of general MCU architecture and peripherals
- Familiar with embedded OS like MQX, ucosII, ucLinux, Linux.
- Good communication skills and fluent English read/write/speak capability
Plus:
- Familiar with script, like Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl is a good plus
- Experience with ARM based MCU is a plus
- Experience with GIT is a plus
- Understanding to test methodology, test cycle, process is a plus.
Responsibilities:

deliveries.
- Develop Test case and tools for relevant Linux BSP drivers, Multimedia frame

- Platform validation and present quality situation by test execution of diffe
rent releases (multiple SoC, OS and HW boards).
- Quality assurance for the Platform deliveries like software and reference de
sign.
- Automation infrastructure development to optimize efficiency of test executi
on and platform development.

Requirements:

- Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of the system architecture of RTOS, Linux kernel.
- Experience in Microcontrollers RTOS and Linux BSP developing.

etc.

3. Software Validation Engineer
Location: Suzhou & Shanghai

4. Silicon Validation Intern
Location: Suzhou
Responsibilities:
- Apply skills and knowledge in both hardware and software to perform Pre or P
ost Silicon validation tasks for Freescale microcontroller products
- To define the validation plan, and create or execute validation test
- Design and layout the validation board to bring up new system for fresh IC
- Work with other cross functional teams in China and oversea to specify, veri
fy and improve SoC quality and timeliness to production
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor Degree, electronic or microelectronic
- Working knowledge in C/C++, Makefile
- Big plus with experience in ARM M0, M0+ and M4 based MCU
- Big plus with experience in IAR and CodeWarrior debugger Tool
- With the FPGA development experience is plus
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Can work efficiently either in a team or an independent environment
5. IC Backend design intern
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Backend team of SDC MPG participates in chip level (from RTL-synthesis to GD
S-TO) and block level backend design for SOC designs.
- Responsible for low power embedded MCU soc design.
- Major on chip and block level CPF definition, Logic/physical synthesis, Cloc
k tree synthesis, place and routing, STA timing closure.
- Responsible for Die size estimation, floor-planning, power planning and powe
r analysis.
- Responsible for chip-finishing, DFM, DRC/LVS physical verification.
Requirements:
- BSEE or high required.
- team work spirit, communication skills, and enterprise.
- Engineering with several years experience in synthesis, timing closure.
- Relevant project experience for synthesis, timing closure … soc physical im
plementation activities.
- Experience using backend EDA tools; i.e. Cadence EDI, ETS, EPS, virtuoso….,
Calibre DRC/ERC/LVS, etc similar tools.
- Relevant process and technology experience.
- Relevant experience for integration of embedded processors, flash memory.
- Good grasp of C/C++, Perl/TCL, and skill scripts in Linux/Unix environment
6. Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer Intern
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analog / mixed-signal IP design for MCU/MPU product develop
ment
- Independent IP schematic design / analog & mixed-signal simulation/ layout d
esign / IP view generation / technical documentation
- Work with SoC / Backend team on IP integration.
- Work with test/validation/qualification team on IP validation, characterizat
ions and failure analysis.
Requirements:
- Master/Phd candidate in EE
- Solid knowledge on analog circuit design, CMOS process/device.
- Familiar with design EDA tool: Hspice/Spectre, Virtuoso, Calibre, Assura,
QRC;
- Familiar with lab equipments, chip validation and debug.
- Experience in power management (LDO/BG/DCDC), Serdes, PLL, OSC, ADC/DAC is a
plus.
- Experience with mixed-signal circuit modeling & simulation is a plus
- Good communication skills and team work
