Responsibilities
This position is within HR team to work on College Program. You will have the opportunity to perform various project-related activities in support of College Program Manager. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Collecting intelligence from talent market in support of strategic college hiring;
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive college plan to flawless execution;
- Administrative tasks including schedule management, logistics preparation for events/activities, documentation & reports etc.
Qualifications
You must be a student currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master degree, can commit to work >=3 days per week during a period >= 6 months. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong interest in supporting a team in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Ability to execute problem solving strategies and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good skills in Microsoft*/Office*, and experience with multimedia authoring software like Corel Video Studio*/Photoshop* is a plus.
