MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MARKETING
JOB SUMMARY OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the coordination and execution of projected and assigned marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programs and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to customers and stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES:
Assist and develop the production of events, marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met
Coordination of events, advertising and promotional programs
Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities
Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner
Develop and create media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required
Media tracking and tabulation
Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Internal Contacts: Writers and Designers, Information Technology department, Accounts department and Management team
External Contacts: Printers, other communications / marketing coordinators, PR and advertising agencies, journalists, business associates, and patients
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subject
Understand and apply marketing concepts
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and /or a third language an advantage
Effective research, presentation and writing skills
Initiative, eye for details and a team player
Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and short deadlines
Fulfill extra hours if needed on assignments
Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications (Adobe Photoshop and other design skills an advantage)

Support the organization and preparation of strategy sessions and meetings, and other business development related events
Assist in ParkwayHealth China score card development and maintenance
Assist in organizing strategic retreats/sessions with HODs to seed ideas, get buy-in, with the goal to improve operational effectiveness
Assist in sourcing the location for potential relocation project

CORPORATE SALES MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
JOB PURPOSE
To assist the marketing team to provide a consistent professional approach to all clients through the highest standards of product and service. To actively contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue targets and profit margins while upholding the branding of our organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and organize corporate sales promotional initiatives
Identify and ensure all opportunities are taken on business opportunities in target markets to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
Represent the business at conferences, networking events and other relevant events
Plan events to maximize client interaction.
Ensure key agents with over ride agreements with our organization are account-managed and that all bookers are aware of the facilities
