Business Operation Intern
Location: Shanghai, China

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This role is to assist local organization & management, responsible for administrative tasks supporting engagement operations. Some examples but not limited to:
1. Data processing and analyzing
a) Use MS Excel or other regular data analyzing tools to achieve the required data output;
b) Detect the business dynamic through related data resources;
c) Combine the data with business procedure and give problem-solving proposal;
d) Provide logical data reports and be able to describe the report well in both written and oral English;
2. SAP system usage
a) Using SAP system to operate daily work
b) Grab and process data for reports
c) Data analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Fast learners, problem solvers;
2. Flexible, result Oriented, Can-do attitude is essential;
3. Good communication/coordination skills
4. Mathematics/Statistics/Financial Engineering Majors are preferred
5. Excellence in in MS and English, German is a plus
6. Experience in Assistant/Project Management/data processing is a plus;
