RF NPI Product Engineer

Job description:
1. Work close with designer for engineering parts assembly and test at the beginning of design. Include selecting assembly material , modifying the bonding diagram to meet design rule. Communicate with manufacture to fix assembly issue during the build.
2. Collect stress test data for mature design review once design frozen.
3. Duplicate and tune fixtures for production handover.
4. Take lead of converting NPI from mature design to production. Include NPI qualification run, assembly data inspection, test data analysis , production specification setup, reliability coordinator . standardized the documents for production.
5. Conduct to assembly and test the engineering samples for customer. Generate the datasheet.
Qualification
1. Master degree required, electromagnetic and microwave related .
2. Fluent communication with English, both writing and spoken .
3. Experience with RF measurement related.
4. Strong knowledge about electromagnetic and microwave.
