Commercial Assistant Intern 销售助理实习生
As the successful applicant, you will join our ShangHai commercial team for 6 ~ 12 months (3 days per week at least) and be responsible for providing reliable daily support to relative account managers.

Job location
China – Shanghai, 上海市金都路3901号

Job Responsibility

-        Communicate, service and support account manger
-        Respond to customer inquiries on questionnaire, samples request, order issue
-        Co-ordinate between flavorist/application/sampling team
-        Apply price quotation from pricing office
-        Responsible for weekly project list searching, organization and printout
-        Handle phone call from clients
-        Provide monthly sales reports to sales team

Profile
Qualified applicants will have the following profile:
        Bachelor or Master candidate, major in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry or other related disciplines preferred
           大三学生或者在读研究生（专业不限），化学、食品科学、生物化学等相关专业优先
        Can work for 6 to12 months
能在本公司连续实习6个月以上
        Highly reliable and accountable
很强的工作责任心
        High work efficiency, high attention to detail and good quality, good planning skills
高效工作的能力，注重工作细节和质量，良好的工作规划能力
        Good communication, team player
良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神
        Good at using Microsoft Office software (ex. Excel and Word）
能够熟练使用Microsoft Office软件(如Excel and Word）
        Basic knowledge of English
