Job Responsibilities :
1. To assist HR team daily works in enrollment and exit; maintain and update
employee profiles in SAP system;
2. To assist updating employee personal files and safety records;
3. To sort out and dispatch miscellaneous gift coupon, shuttle bus card, and h
andle insurance
claims;
4. To assist HR team on other assigned works.
Job Requirements :
1. Major in English or Human Resources is preferred.
2. Good command English writing and speaking.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
