Requirements for being a Trader at Optiver: A final-year student with outstanding academic background and a flair for numbers as well as a passion to learn more about finance and the markets. Quantitative degree(s) in Applied/Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Actuarial Studies, or Computer Science.Excellent communication skills in English.Requirements for being a Developer at Optiver: A final-year student with outstanding academic background in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with a firm grasp of Object Oriented design and development concepts. A natural problem solver who loves nothing more than tackling a complex technical challenge.Excellent communication skills in English. 2. Upcoming Events:
Shanghai Office Tour for Developer Role:
For developer candidates who are based in Shanghai, we will invite you to the office tours plus onsite coding challenge to get a FAST PASS to our interview precess.
