Position:  Business Development Intern/ Assistant
This position is open to current college students in search of an internship, or recent college graduates
and those non-graduates who meet the Basic requirements listed. The internship can lead to a full time
offer position.

Work Location: a professional office on Beijing West Rd in Jin An District, Shanghai

Will report to : Director of Business Development

Role: This internship requires the selected candidate to learn the business cycle of a new product line and manage the business of marketing and servicing a niche market consisting of mostly English speaking
expatriates in Shanghai.
The selected candidate will become a product specialist in about a dozen products and be able to
describe discuss their features and benefits in both Chinese and English.  He/she must be able to learn to handle the business cycle from receiving orders to final delivery to customers.  Customer base are mostly expatriates so basic communications in English to schedule delivery and answer questions will be
required. Training WILL be provided.

Basic Qualifications: Should be a fast learner and willing to work both as a team player and an individual
achiever. . Confidence and ability to communicate in English to Clients by phone and in person.  Must be
able to use computer and understand how to use Microsoft Office as well as ability to do searches online. Must be hard working and be willing to work overtime in a dynamic start-up company environment.

Compensation will be based upon experience, education and qualification level. Satisfactory internships are paid.
