Job Description:
Test Development Engineer designs, develops and improves test system. Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes throughout the lifecycle, from investigation through obsolescence. Develops application and system for next generation manufacturing.
The primary duties and responsibilities will be
1. Design & develop test strategy to ensure new products meet customer requirements.
2. Develop test methodology, station, fixture, and software program to support warranted parametric specifications on the product datasheet.
3. Partner with a worldwide team to plan and execute coordinated new product releases.
4. Provide local and worldwide expertise on parametric and functional test stations & equipment. Define measurement uncertainty analysis, and improvements to station measurement capability.
5. Work with manufacturing department to set up the production line with stable testers, solve the technical issues of tester systems after new production release.
6. Enhance test system to improve the productivity of existing processes, and improve product reliability and quality.
7. Investigating and develop automation system to improve the efficiency of the production.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree or University -Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering or related disciplines
2. Demonstrated proficiency in system design for test software or hardware.
3. Preferably with experience in software program development.
4. Excellent Team Player and communication skills, strong analytical problem-solving skills.
5. Demonstrates effectiveness with interpersonal skills and interfacing with teams that are both local and global.
6. Demonstrates the abilities to investigate new technical solutions for assigned problems in an independent manner.
7. Strong English skill in writing, listening and speaking
