Job title: Project analyst
_____________________________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
To become a Project analyst you need to learn and be able to handle following accountabilities ,including
1. Providing data collection and analysis
2. Database management (Mostly Access)
3. Providing support to senior team members as required
4. Day to day involvement with projects
5. Acting as liaison between the Client and i+o on project-related issues 6. Ensuring that Client needs are being met
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of any Science course from an accredited university in China or abroad, preferably with an Information Management degree or related courses.
1-3 years working experiences preferred.
Ability and Personality Traits:
1. Strong Analytical skills (Access and Excel);
2. Able to work both independently and as a team player;
3. Good problem-solving skill; communication skills,
4. Self-initiative and logical thinker;
Language Skill:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication
Computer Skill:
Proficiency in MS-Office (Access, Excel, Power Point)
VBA or SQL knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities:
You will be interacting between our clients and our project team. members. Controling complex projects from the concept to the realisation phase in terms of customer relationships, project time management and task management.
You should also keep in close contact with existing clients and follow up with clients’ requests;
You will involve into the project acquisition and negotiation phases for getting new contacts and contracts.
Qualifications
Education: Above college, Business Administration related majors are preferred;
1-3 years working experiences preferred
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
2. Fluent in spoken and written English
3. Clients oriented: think for the clients
3. Good business acumen and commitment to his/her responsibility
4. Competent computer skill, good command PowerPoint EXCEL.
5. Project management experiences preferred
Ability:
1. Able to work independently and as a team player,
2. Good problem-solving skill,
3. Communication skills, Self-initiative, Flexibility
