1. 产品经理
Product Development Manager (M/W)
Purpose:
To be directly responsible for developing a new concept of product related to the leisure market in Chinese.
Job description:
• Training session in the headquarters in France to become familiar with our tools and methods.
• Realize a market research on China: local economics & social situation, leisure market survey, structure of local offer, geographic coverage of potential partners, competition.
You will then work in China and recruit a team to develop the new concept.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- manage a product development team (10 to 20 people)
- define the product strategy
- organize and supervise each step of the product development process
- respect the budget and the deadlines
Reporting:
The product development manager will report directly to the International product development manager based in the Headquarters in France.
Skills and experience required :
- To be native of China
- relevant degree
- suitable commercial & management qualifications
- previous experience in management and product development
- Fluent communication in English
Location:
The training session (2 to 4 months) is based in France at Levallois-Perret (2km from Paris).
The product development mission is then based in China.
Salary:
Subject to candidate’s skills and experience.
2. 销售经理
Sales Manager (M/W)
Role:
To manage sales team and partner-supplier portfolio
Responsibilities:
Training and day-to-day supervision of sales team
Set targets and motivate sales team
Sales projection and planning
Generate sales activity reports
Attract and retain partners through telesales, trade shows, key account handling (meetings/negotiations)
Implement and monitor sales information systems
Skills
Perfect command of English and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Excellent organisational skills/self-discipline/excellent time-management and ability to prioritise/self-reliance
Possess initiative/ creativity/ excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Profile
Degree in Business/Business Negotiations
Minimum 2+ years field sales experience
3. 销售人员
Sales Executive
Role:
To build strong relationships with potential and existing partner-suppliers. To contact decision-makers in the hotel, sports, gastronomic, health & well-being and leisure industries in order to generate interest in participation in activities/experiences gift packages and to translate this into partnership contracts.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop partner-supplier quality: prospective partners should provide quality packages compatible with our brand values (3 star hotels, gastronomic restaurants, parachute jumps etc)
Forward all relevant information and documentation to prospective partner-supplier
Make follow-up telephone calls to provide initial information right through to closing a partnership contract
Monitor partner portfolio and development of partner-supplier loyalty
Company image promotion
Travel may be required to meet prospective partners.
Skills:
Excellent diction: clear, concise and precise
Excellent telephone manner: partners are predominantly contacted by telephone
Proficient in the use of Windows packages: Outlook, Word, Excel
Dynamic, self-disciplined, self-reliant, team player, discreet and professional and able to drive the business forward and add value
Profile
Degree in Business/Business Negotiations
Minimum 1 year field sales experience
4. 网页设计
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Working under the Art Director, the Graphic Designer will contribute to the provision of conception, layout and graphic design services for the web pages of our partner-suppliers
Skills:
Basic understanding of image editing programs
Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Indesign, Quark Xpress, HTML.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Keen and able to self-learn new software
Profile:
Degree in Design / Applied Arts
