-        CADIS data accuracy audits and updates
-        Focus Population metric audits and updates
-        Career Development Plan audits and data updates
-        Compile and Analyze GPMP development plan data to feed into overall training plan
-        Coordinate with ALU Program Management on trainings for Focus Population
-        Vendor interviews and analyses
-        Monthly Reportings
-        Research, as required
