人事助理-实习生（格瑞夫中国区）



工作地点：格瑞夫中国  上海－力宝广场

仅限大二、大三学生



工作职责：

1）每日更新各网站简历库，根据各职位的JD筛选简历

2）协调各人力资源渠道的联络人，对招募进程及时跟进、督促、记录和反馈上级主管。

3）进行人事信息的统计汇总，并做好检查、封存工作；保证人力资源档案及信息的完整与及时更新；

4）统计每月人员HR相关信息；  

5）成格瑞夫中国区HR部门授权的其他工作；

6）工作汇报至中国区HR Officer。



任职资质：

1.具有人事方面工作经验，大二，大三候选人。

2.有在生产制造型外资企业HR实习工作经验优先考虑。

3.熟悉当地用工法规。

4.具有积极乐观的个性。

5.对于工作要有热情。处理无礼争端时，能保持冷静。

6.良好的中英文书写和沟通能力。

7.熟悉Microsoft office,Lotus Note 等办公软件。



工作时间：每周需到岗３个工作日，可累计

实习津贴：600元左右
