Position: Research Assistant

Department: Dean’s Office

Job Responsibilities:

1.Be proficient in both qualitative (case studies, interviews) and quantitative (questionnaire design, complex statistical analyses) research methodologies
2.Database research support
3.Complex data analysis, such as Searching, coding, and processing data
4.Preparing teaching and research materials
5.Participating in international academic conferences in assisting refereeing papers and liaising with leading academics globally

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor/Masters or Ph.D. in Math, Stat or Econ with a strong academic record.
2.Strong English skills.
Excellent command of English in speaking, writing and reading.
3.Some experience doing library or database research is helpful.
4.Software knowledge desirable BUT NOT ESSENTIAL would include Minitab and Mat lab.
