Private Equity / BD Internship Opportunity in GE Commercial Finance


Type:                Internship with 3 to 4 days a week
Function:        Private Equity/ Business Development, GE Commercial Finance
Location:        Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong, Shanghai
Deadline:         6PM, Feb.28

Essential Functions (Responsibilities)

•        Be able to use different tools, databases to conduct market research including research on target companies, industries, competitors, etc.
•        Summarize, analyze, and present the research results
•        Preliminary due diligence for investment project (compliance, financial, commercial, and etc.)
•        Coordinate and prepare internal/external meetings
•        Ad hoc (including news search, translation, administration)

Qualifications / Requirements

•        Third-year undergraduate or second-year postgraduate students from top university with related major
•        Available to work 3 to 4 days per week for more than 6 months
•        Ability to work under pressure, work overtime, deal with urgent cases
•        Detail oriented
•        Exceptional analytical capability and clearing thinking
•        Master user of PowerPoint and Excel
•        Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
•        Outstanding language skills both in Chinese and English, oral and written
•        Quick learning capability and analytical mindset
•        Experience in Financial services / consulting / market research preferred
