Innext s.r.l is a consulting company established in 2003, based in Milan, Italy. Innext assists companies in crucial moments of change to enable them to get to the next phase, whatever is coming "in next".

Innext China established in 2006, a newly joined branch of Innext s.r.l together with Innext solution, Innext Romania and Innext Iberia. During these years, Innext China began with successful case for Italian family business, eg. Tabu, Gusella and Garofoli.

Innext china is now looking for young talents to recruit. The requirements are as below,

-3rd or 4th year undergraduate student, or 1st or 2nd year post graduates; or people had working experience less than 1 year
-Excellent English communication skills in both speaking and writing
-Skilful in using Microsoft office tools esp. excel and ppt, also internet searching engine
-Logical, realistic and quick learning person, good market sense will be a plus
-Proactive, diligent, detail oriented and with team working spirit, be able to work under pressure
-Had previous working or internship experience in multinational consulting company or market research company will be a plus
- Had at least 3-4 full days available per week

The project intern will be on board from latest March 9th, and fully available from Mar23-April10. The project intern will have a 3 month term internship, among which, need to travel inside China. Then will be decide whether to hire.
Interns will be paid a fixed daily based salary as well as project bonus (possibly), the figure will be discussed during interview. The project bonus will be based on the performance review form which filled by your project manager (APR).
