-大学本科及以上学历;
-善于有效沟通,并有优秀的解决问题的能力;
-对咨询行业富有极高的热情;
-工作主动性强,具备较强的学习能力和观察能力;
-负责人才市场的开发、跟踪、反馈,协助顾问的工作;
-对人才市场具备一定的敏感度和判断能力;
-良好的英语水平和计算机操作能力
-良好的自我激发能力及团队合作精神;
-能承受工作压力,并按时完成工作;
-熟练的网络搜索技巧;
-要求能全职工作,大四优先考虑

Main objectives and tasks:
1) Support Consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functio
ns;
2) Set target list for each case including corporation information for the spe
cial industries.;
3) .Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find poten
tial candidates
4)Create and build ongoing relationships with clients and candidates alike
Candidate specifications,
1) Excellent oral and written English language skills, must be able to communi
cate efficiently;
2) Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy;
3) Team player, fast learner, working under pressure;
4) Bachelor Degree major in Human Resource / EE/Automobile related;
5) Preference for college students who are going to graduate this year or next
year.
6) Client focus and willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines
