Job description:
• Cooperate with Marcom team to market and promote corporate services
• Develop and maintain customers with management training & consulting services to complete the yearly sales plan.
• Gather, sort, organize and analyze client’s requirements of organization development and provide initiatives to work out possible solutions with consulting team.
• Complete business proposal preparation and presentation of the proposing recommendations to clients.
• Fulfill the solutions with consulting team in the role of providing professional customer services above the industrial standards.
Job requirements:
• A quick learner and strong interest in management theories and models.
• Good affinity, strong ability in communication, coordination with clients.
• Ambitious and confident, highly motivated, persuasive, assertive and enthusiastic
• Strong ability in presentation and social interaction.
• Enthusiasm at management consulting and training, passion for sales and ability of working under pressure.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

PS: Business management, psychology professional is better, master is a plus.
