POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Admin and Finance:

• Provide admin and finance support for public workshops, fill in registration information, prepare invoice etc.

Marketing and Sales:

• Help to prepare Marketing events materials and confirm with clients about their participation.

RELEVANT QUALIFICAIONS：
Mandatory:
• Good interpersonal skill
• English and Computer literacy
Preferred:
• Junior
• Major in Admin or Finance
• At least 2-3 working days within one week
