Title : Associate Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationship
- Communicate with clients and understand the assignments, make in-depth job analysis and search direction
- Collect the targeted company's information
- Identify targeted candidates through cold call, internet, and network referral
- Approach and judge candidates, and pursue their resumes
- Interview and screen candidates
- Make professional candidate CV report
- Coordinate the client-candidate interview
- Offer negotiation coordination, reference check for candidates and candidate on-board follow-up
- Payment follow-up
- Input and maintain the information of the targeted companies and candidates
- Market knowledge collection, analyze and summarize
Requirements
* bachelor or above degree.
* a self-starter and very sensitive to all the information in the market with analytical acumen.
* excellent coordination and communication skills and high team-work spirit.
* persisting, self-timing and result-oriented
* good command of English both in written and spoken.
* good at operating MSoffice softwares.
