软件测试开发工程师(5人)
岗位要求:
1、 计算机相关专业,大专或以上学历
2、 会日语的优先考虑
3、 若不是计算机专业,会日语也可,但对计算机要有一定的熟悉和热情,对软件开发或软件测试感兴趣,要有基础的计算机知识。
4、 有基本软件开发知识,学过至少一门开发语言(Java,C,C++,VB,ASP,C#等)

见习岗位:
应聘者要具备上海户口、有劳动手册,欢迎2009届应届毕业生应聘,优先考虑。
见习期为:3-12个月,见习期满后,视个人能力,将转为正式员工。
实习岗位:
实习生需要保证有1个半月的时间进行培训,培训期间必须周一到周五都出勤,培训结束后,必须有3天以上的时间出勤,欢迎没有毕业的大三、大四在校生。

Job Description
I. General Summary:
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone communication and email transmission in an efficient and effective manner in English. Also it needs to provide information of products to customers.
II. Specific Duties:
1. Respond to inbound service requests via telephone and email inquiries routed to Customer Support.
2. Assist prospective customers with product information and site navigation in English.
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems and activities to prevent monetary losses as they relate to product functionality.
4. Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.
6. Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
1. Good communication capability.
2. Good oral and written English skills. (Equal to CET 6)
3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
4. 6 months experience in a customer support environment preferred.
5. Experience in an Internet company, financial institution or transaction processor preferred.
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet, including the ability to explain Internet functionality to customers via telephone or email.
7. Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues covering several product lines.
8. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer.
9. Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
10. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers. |
