Job Responsibilities

1.        Location:                   Shanghai

2.        Reporting to:                IS Director

3.        Direct report(s):        Nil

4.         Function(s):               
        To provider first level technical support and maintenance to internal users on site
        To resolve PC, laptop, hardware peripheral and application software issues
        Support the internal requests in help desk areas in a timely manner
        Answer customer technical inquiries via phone, email
        To join IT project team and assist project implementation
        To follow up global IS procedures, standards and policies
        Able to solve technical issues from end users
        Capable to assist  IT projects implementation on demand
        Obey security policy


Preferred Candidate Profile

1.        Nationality:                        PRC national

2.          Education:                   Bachelors


3.        Languages:            English and Mandarin

4.        Age:                               

5.        Experience:               
•        2+ year working experience in PC and user support, working in manufacture will be a plus
•        Hands on experience in Microsoft platform

6.        Personal Attributes:       
•        Good business sense and thinking
•        Ability to work flexible hours and work under pressure
•        Patient, honest, responsible, customer oriented
•        Good communication skills and active team player
•        Excellent English
