Description
In this position, you will be working closely with site learning and development consultant to support site employee & manager training. The target customers are Platform Group in Intel R&D center in Zizhu Science Park.
Working time: At least 4 days/week full-time, 5 days/week is preferred
Commitment of @least 1 year service will be a plus
Responsibility
Site Training Support:
-Schedule trainings according to site learning&development roadmap
-Training communication, pre-work notification, and on site support.
- Data consolidation and basic analysis for training enrollment, completion rate, TNA etc.
-Instructor solicitation, coach assistance, development and motivation
- Evaluation & Wrap-up email
- Logistics (room set-up, facility, and door sign prepare)
Program Support:
- Program enrollment follow-up and Logistics arrangement
- On-Site Support and Material Distribution
- Instructor solicitation and/or Follow up at site level
New Employee Orientation (NEO) support
- Instructor solicitation and calendar booking
- Course creation and training material order
- NEO communication with new hires and their managers
- On site logistic support and Q&A
Qualifications
You must be a student currently pursuing a Master and has passion to work at Intel University learning and Development; Organizational Development or Human Resource Additional qualifications include:
What will make you stand out
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Detail-oriented and can work independently with imitative
- Proficient in English speaking, writing. Good PC skills, mastering in PS and PPT will be a plus
- Great passion in HR and have career plan in HR area
-Previous relevant work experience in MNC will be a plus
