What’s MT Program
Vision
• Build up a pipeline for the respective department/functions with future talents for a professional career within the adidas Group.
Mission
• To attract and recruit top graduates for the adidas Group.
• To develop and train participants.
• Place participants into challenging and needed entry positions on a China adidas Group wide level.
Strategy
• Target Group: top graduates with excellent academic performance as well as relevant internships, extracurricular activities and adidas fit.
• Development Objective:
   Gain solid business knowledge and strengthen the professional skills for the future entry position;
   Provision of comprehensive overview about a certain learning area and its processes;
   Set-up of broad network and understanding of different management styles.
