Job Responsibilities
工作职责
• Provides full cycle recruitment and selection and works with hiring managers and HR staff to implement effective recruitment strategies.
负责整个招聘删选及聘用流程,协助招聘经理以及人事专员完成有效地招聘工作。
• Sources candidates through both traditional and non-traditional methods of recruiting (Internet searching, data mining, cold calling, networking, advertisement, external recruiters, and job fairs).
通过传统与非传统两种模式搜寻应聘者,通过如,网站搜索、数据挖掘、电话邀约、广告、外包、以及招聘会的手段来完成招聘目标。
• Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, orientation and follow-up to on-boarding process.
完成新员工入职事项,并跟踪入职情况。
• Works on special Human Resources projects as needed
完成其他人力资源项目工作。
Job Requirement
人员要求
Academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
工商管理,人力资源以及相关专业毕业学历背景。
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
出色的人际交流口头与书面技巧。
Ability to work in a fast paced, hands on environment.
有适应快节奏工作的能力。
High level of enthusiasm for building a business and a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles is a must.
有一定商务技巧,有处理紧急或困难事件的攻克能力。
Smarter and Quick learner
敏捷、学习能力佳。
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
中英文表达流利。
Internship experience with recruitment responsibility preferred
