We are hiring a Office Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Staff reimbursement original voucher collection and checking
• Effective maintenance of the employee database, accounting documents and personal files
• Assist for interview arrangement, telephone screen etc.
• Professionally welcome guest/visitors, offers and serve drinks.
• Help for bilingual translation.
• Help to prepare reports and various kinds of paper work
• Daily support to internal team and other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum three days’ work per week
• Bilingual language skills in Chinese and English
• Good command of computer skills and proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented
