Basically we are looking for a Chinese lady,that has some background in bar, club, restaraunt, or hotel industry.

Job Description
We are looking with someone with proven supervisory experience gained within a reputable bar, club, or entertainment facility. Knowledge of beverages & cocktails; your main duties will include....
-Achieves bar revenue goals and sales strategies as established in the business plan for T10
-Communication with guests on a regular basis to develop regular customer relationships.
-Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to sell products with higher profit margin
-Maintains knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection to respond properly to guest questions
-Manages materials of the bar and club facility, including inventory, equipment, etc
-Maintains a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
-Evaluates bar menu, and gives suggestions for improvement
-Ensures that the place is stocked and kept clean and tidy at all times
-Manages staff and keeps track of their work responsibility and performance
-Manages staff work schedules

 为T10制定经营计划，销售策略以达到收入目标
 需和顾客共同，以此建立良好的客户关系
 运用合理的销售手段来销售产品，以此获得高额利润
 具有酒吧货品清单管理知识，可以为顾客提供相关酒选择问题的服务
 管理酒吧物资和设施，包括库存和其他的一些设备
 全面了解饮料调制的配方和程序
 对菜单作出评估，并提出改进意见
 确保场所内供应充足并且干净整洁
 监督管理其他员工的工作职责以及工作表现
 管理员工的排班表
Personal Specification
You must have the ability to motivate and manage the team, and delegate accordingly. An outgoing personality, keen to progress within the industry and have a Yes I can! attitude at all times.
You will needs to be flexible to working hours - early starts / late finishes and passionate about the industry / bar. We will also be flexible with your needs required to manage the staff and the operation of this facility.
