Bain & Company is looking for a long-term admin intern in Shanghai office.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day to day administration of reception area, including but not limited to call handling , console maintenance for incoming calls, meeting room reservation, mailing and courier handling. Provide assistance in office administration and answer office administration related enquiries. Provide assistance to visitors and guests as they enter and leave the building. Serve as a single point of contact on the floor where located. All activities must be performed while exemplifying the highest standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
•        Call Handling and console maintenance – Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional manner and divert incoming calls to the right person efficiently. Ensure switchboard is operational during office hours.
•        Guest Interaction – create a hospitable and professional environment for guests as they enter the Bain office.  Ensure completion of guest requests.  
•        Service Coordination - serve as a single point of contact for all guest requests.  Act as a liaison with other supporting teams to deliver quality service in a professional manner.  Ensure completion of guest service requests.
•        Business Concierge - work with customers to assist them with business related requests (e.g. ground transportation, flower ordering, gifts, and restaurant recommendations).
•        Office Administration Support-including but not limited to monthly routine payment preparation,  employee contact list updating, office supply order and management, business card and other printings coordination etc.

Other duties as assigned or as position dictate.


QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Junior in university
•        Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
•        Flexible nature and ability to change course as needed to accommodate last minute requests or changes; willingness to provide support outside of immediate responsibilities, as needed
•        Strong customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail
•        Can work at least 3 days/week
