Job description:
1.
Review and manage recruitment processes
2.
Maintaining and developing
recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency
3.
Screening resumes, assessing candidates and conduct 1st face-to-face interview in Shanghai and on the phone with our offices scattered around China
4.
Help with the ex-pat process, initially on the admin front.
5.
Preparing recruitment / head-count report for HR Business Partner
6.
To work closely with line managers and support line manager choosing right people for right position
7.
To work with current PRC country based HR team to settle any ad hoc HR issues
Requirement:
1. Degree majored in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. At least 3 years working experiences in HR – recruiting functions 3. Solid knowledge of the whole hiring process 4. Strong communication skills /Good command of both written and oral English 5. Good potential to develop quickly / can work under pressure
