Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Enter and process of customer orders in ERP
2.Respond promptly to inquiries form customers via telephone or email
3.Check product availability in warehouse and delivery date
4.Track every detail of order process, cooperate with customers
5.Arrange delivery
6.Resolve customer complaints or issues
7.Maintain customer information
8.Prepare reports for sales team
9.General support to sales team
10.Other duties assigned by CS supervisor
Position requirements:
1.Bachelor or above
2.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
3.Excellent communication, negotiation and written skills as well as ability to interface with all levels of customers
4.Excellent communication skills both in Mandarin and English, CET4 or CET-6
5.Customer service oriented and ability to work independently
6.Able to strongly follow up on customer inquires, complaints etc.
7.Excellent computer skills-Word, Excel. Experience in ERP preferred
8.Good team player
