Receptionist行政前台

Responsibilities:
主要职责:
- Answer, transfer the phone call, welcome the visitors
- 接听转接电话,接待来访人员
- Look for the external Hotel, Air tickets Agency, Express courier and the office stationery vendors, negotiate with the vendor to get a good price for the company
- 寻找酒店、机票、快递和办公用品供应商,并从供应商处获得优惠的价格
- Help all office staff and headquarters visitors to make the travel arrangement: booking hotel, flight ticket, train and bus ticket
- 协助公司以及国外同事预定宾馆、机票、火车和汽车票
- Keep the office environment in a good status
- 保持公司办公环境
- Order the office and store’s stationery and water
- 预定办公用品和办公室饮用水
- Send, receive and distribute the express courier
- 收发和分发快递
- Insure the office equipment (fax and photocopy machines etc) working in good way, and contact the related company for the maintenance
- 确保办公设备(传真机,打印复印机等)的正常使用、如遇故障及时联系维修
- Check Rep office and WOFE office’s Electricity , water bill, plant rent bill, and other invoice: air ticket etc, prepare the payment on time
- 核对办公室以及代表处水、电、机票、办公用品等发票、并及时安排付款
- Assist the Organization of the company’s activities: annual diner, outing etc
- 协助公司活动的组织:年夜饭、外出等
- Undertake other assigned administrative tasks asked by the direction
- 其他公司上级交办的行政事务
Requirements 应聘要求:
- 大专或本科学历;
- College degree or above
- 掌握基本英语会话技能,能使用英语与外国同事交流
- Basic command of spoken English, can speak English with Foreigners
- 五官端正,性格温和,工作主动,认真仔细负责
- Smiling, Nice personality, Diligent, Detail oriented, can take initiative and responsibilities
- 能熟练操作MS-Office软件
- Familiar with MS-Office software.
