About Management Trainee
To cope with our business growth, we are in need of young talents who have good college training in business-analysis related disciplines, such as marketing, finance, accounting, business or industrial management, etc. from a top-notch school. All the trainees will join us at our China HQ in Shanghai to start and then be assigned to various business units and mills within China after a management training program in APP University
Requirements for Management Trainee
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor or Master Degree, or young potentials with no more than 3 years working experience;
- Proficiency in Chinese and English;
- Excellent communication skills and faster learner;
- Strong capability of analysis and problem solving;
- Innovative, willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure;
- Flexible in working location based on company’s assignment
