Key responsibilities:
1. Intensive and extensive research for recruitment projects
2. Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates
3. Make cold calls to potential candidates and short list to consultants
4. Arrange interviews
5. Be responsible for conducting paper work
6. Assist to maintain database, including incoming CV classifying, filing, data entry and database updating
7. Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. With one year working experience or fresh graduate
3. Good command of English speaking & writing
4. Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work under pressure and be stable
5. Good analysis, communication and interpersonal skills
