 Job Description: (Financial Analyst Trainee)
Financial Analyst Trainee will work closely with foreign clients and specialists of structure finance products on a daily basis. The current focus is on US RMBS and CMBS sector.
Financial Analyst Trainee will be required to read and analyze financial reports and legal documents of the structured finance securities, to create cash flow models using a proprietary analytical platform, and to perform basic financial analysis.
This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented and have strong problem solving skills. Having hands on experience with the most sophisticated securities in the modern financial markets makes this a unique career development opportunity for anyone who wishes to enter the financial industry.
 Job Requirement:
• Bachelor or master degree graduate from top universities with less than one year of work experience;
• Good verbal and written English skills;
• Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Science- related majors preferred;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Good communication skill and team work spirit;
• Familiar with English version of Windows and Office application;
• Computer language certificates preferred.
