经济管理类(如旅游，酒店，活动，公共等)，公共关系，媒体，传媒等相关专业
Bachelor degree in business management (tourism, hospitality, event, etc), public relation, media, communication or related fields
流利的中英文语言表达能力，口语良好，沟通能力较强
Good command of English (Oral and written). Good communication skill.
抗压能力强，组织协调能力强，懂得时间管理，按时完成布置的任务
Good ability to prioritize multi-task and meet deadlines
工作态度端正严谨，注重细节，求知欲强
Attention to details with high level of accuracy and willingness to learn
熟练操作Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)办公软件，会使用苹果机优先考虑
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) & Internet, proficiency in Mac is preferred
有杂志社市场部实习经验者优先考虑
Previous marketing or communication internship experience in the magazine company is preferred
主要职责:
Job Duties:
来访人员的接待，接转电话，做好留言记录（30％）
Greet and direct visitors. Receive, direct and reply all incoming calls and note telephone messages. Handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible as well
利用网络进行市场调查，收集市场信息，并定期向相关部门提供反馈报告（35％）
Able to utilize Internet to conduct the marketing research and address timely feedback to related department
公司快递收发与管理 （10％）
Pick up and courier documents, products and mails
做好公司餐费与快递费支出的流水帐登记，并对相关的统计 （10％）
Make a book where daily transactions in lunch, courier and other fields are recorded and summarize related data
办公用品采购与管理，协调办公用品的维修与维护，联系维修人员（5％）
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Coordinate the repairing and maintenance of office equipment
完成其他临时交付的任务（10％）
Perform other related duties as required
