Responsibility:
1. Working in a multi-language environment, provides 1st tier support to end user via telephone, email, voicemail and remote assistance
2. Communicate and cooperate with IT department to help end user resolve issue
3. Provide effective resolution
4. Resolve basic technical issue. Such as: Software, Hardware, Printer, OS, Office, VPN, Network and etc…
5. Process and follow the tickets in system
6. Basic IT operation management, such as: user management, share folder, mailbox and account. Communicate with end user
7. Abide to company IT policy and customer service agreement
8. Adapt to various business requirement.
Requirement:
1. College degree or above
2. Good oral and written communication skill
3. Good customer service skill
4. Good typing skill
5. Time management skill
6. Fluent Japanese (日语一级或相当的水平), Mandarin, English reading and writing skill
7. Willing to share the knowledge with peers
8. Good documentation skill
9. Work with pressure and good analysis ability
10. Good Computer skill
说明:
1. 专业要求:日语。证书要求:日语一级(口语熟练)
