Job Description

In this customer-facing role, you will help customers to define and implement complex integrated reporting solutions that optimize their technology to support and grow their business.

By assessing and understanding current and future technical and business needs, you'll build and present demonstrably best value HP solutions and partnering services, working hand in hand with our sales force and other specialists.



Candidate will provide the reporting tower technical leadership and consulting for managed services reporting transition projects that require data extraction, data storage, and report generation of performance and operational metrics for the customer and management staff.  Initially, the role will focus on migrations of  legacy reports to newest version and technology for customer reports.



Education and Experience Required:



Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. Candidate may have Master’s degree in related field. Often holds entry-level certification(s) in work field and may hold intermediate-level certification(s) in work field. Typically 3+ years of relevant experience



Knowledge and Skills Required:



·         Meet customer requirements for reporting

·         Knowledge of Report publishing tool sets such as Crystal, Brio or Business Objects etc.

·         Expert problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

·         Basic understanding of data sources, database tables and structures, and reporting tools used for report generation /web publishing

·         English fluency

·         Working in an international virtual environment
