Service Adviser (Logistics/Financial) - SAP Business ByDesign Consulting Hub
The SAP® Business ByDesign™ solution is a new addition to the SAP portfolio of solutions for small businesses and midsize companies. SAP Business ByDesign specifically addresses a new market of prospective customers: growing midsize companies that traditionally have lacked the IT resources and budgets to purchase business software.
It introduces an additional innovative business model for SAP that will reshape the way midsize companies purchase, adopt and finance software applications. Complementing SAP's existing portfolio for midsize companies, the solution will leverage a new 'enterprise service-oriented architecture (enterprise SOA) by design' platform and will be available to customers through on-demand and hosted delivery for significantly lower total cost of ownership.
SAP Consulting will play the role of the market-maker and lead the coming implementation projects with a dedicated team. Team members are expected to drive implementations with high motivation and the willingness to actively shape the future of SAP.
A Service Adviser for SAP Business ByDesign provides capabilities in both a customer-facing and a remote-delivery role, mapping business processes to requirements of customers. She/he guides the customer through demos and trial systems, drives the implementation phase activities, co-ordinates ongoing projects and ensures overall project success.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

§ University degree or equivalent in IT, Logistics/Financial, Controlling, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
§ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
§ Sound understanding in at least two of the following functional areas of expertise : Supply Chain Management (Planning & Execution), CRM, Purchasing & Supplier Relationship Management requirements in China
§ Sound understanding of the accounting standards, financial legal requirements and regulations in China
§ Cross functional knowledge of business processes in the areas of Logistics / Financials / HR is a plus.
§ Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
