美国公司上海新建代表处高薪诚聘一名经理助理

公司主要从事工业产品,电子元器件贸易和销售。因为公司开发的项目很多,所以需要增加员工。但需要优秀人才。公司会给加入员工提供优厚的薪资待遇和很大的发展空间。需要一名新毕业生,或工作到 一,两年之间,本科,形象好,170左右,可靠上进的,有潜质,正气的女生。需要你对自己有正确的认识。有意者请发简历和照片到 levinpop@hotmail.com     

Manager Assistant Requirement:

Job Responsibility:
1.Assist in all-round office admin works
2.Handle correspondence with effective communication with both internal and external on daily operation
3.Prepare and maintain all required records and documents
4.inform the P/O and quotation to Manager in time.
5.Sort and distribute incoming mailing documents, prepare outgoing mail and maintains postage records
6.Deal with external suppliers of express, courier, etc.
7.Book and check the office supplies for the department, manage and improve the supplier’s services
8.Liquidate and check all relevant administrative costs and report to Finance Department
9.Cooperate with the cross functional and supporting department in daily operation
10.Perform other assignments where necessary

Position Requirements:
1.College Degree,
2,High integritied, professional and elegant, around 170cm height
3.New graduates or with 1 year to 2 years working experience
4.Basic in English and Mandarin
5.Windows office, excel spreadsheet experience.
6.Soft skills: Customer focus, Communication skills, Team work, Detail, Agility, Honest and responsible, Proactive attitude and service-oriented mindset
